This is an excellent article about media design and how it pertains to every aspect of our digital lives. From search engines to TiVo, mobile phones apps to iLife on your Mac. This is “Interaction” Design as a way of creating empathy between a product and the user. Really good quotes and examples too.

FourDocs is a series of posters on the London Underground that feature downloadable content in the form of videos. These videos are created by users and posted to a website. London Underground commuters can then download the videos from the bluetooth enabled posters.
