The Groop Creates a MySpace App

The Groop recently collaborated with ThisNext and MySpace to design and build a holiday wish-list application. The wish list app serves up great suggestions from ThisNext and sponsors, and also allows users to add products from anywhere on the web via an easy-to-use bookmarklet. Wishlists are displayed on user’s MySpace profiles, making it easy for friends and family to buy just the right thing this holiday season.

Our design makes it fun and engaging for users to browse and add products by utilizing drag and drop technology. They can also customize the look and feel of the application by adding stickers and skins to change the appearance in an intuitive and easy way. To make sure MySpace users understand exactly how to get the best experience, we created an instructional video outlining how to use the application. The app is currently featured on the MySpace home page, and we’re expecting huge holiday participation!
