Enjoyed your post. Great points about how quickly we're moving in the digital space and the value of 'good enough' vs perfect. What's critical in it all is to be aligned with your brand! For many start-ups that's a challenge, but a worthwhile one that can bring focus to decision making. For more mature brands, they have more at stake from a new design or product perspective. That risk needs to be balanced with the risk of being left in the dust by a start-up business with a similar concept. It is interesting to note that many major brands have discovered over the years, that watching the innovators and acquiring, then rebranding their offering can also be a successful strategy. What will propel your brand forward?
